Founder, Move HR
Tyler Hodges is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of dedicated experience in the field. Graduating with a Business degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and holding the Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, Tyler has honed his expertise through multifaceted roles in various sectors, including engineering, construction, manufacturing, mining, technology, and professional services.
Noted for his adeptness in providing strategic guidance to senior leadership teams, Tyler has established himself as a trusted advisor in navigating complex HR and operational challenges. His commitment to mentoring and coaching staff members, alongside his passion for developing and implementing HR programs aimed at cultivating employee engagement, building team alignment, and creating positive work cultures, reflects his dedication to fostering inclusivity and diversity.

Mia Cammiade
HR Generalist & Consultant
Mia Cammiade is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience driving people strategies across nonprofit, public, and private sectors. She specializes in employee relations, workplace investigations, leadership development, curriculum design, facilitation, and organizational design in union and non-union environments. Mia brings a pragmatic, trauma-informed approach to supporting teams through change.
In addition to her professional work, Mia volunteers with the Southern Vancouver Island Nature Trails Society and Hostage International, contributing her expertise to support both environmental stewardship and individuals affected by kidnapping and illegal detention. She is passionate about building inclusive, resilient workplaces where people and organizations can thrive..
Alexandra MacDonald

Alexandra MacDonald is a seasoned People Operations leader with nearly a decade of experience fostering inclusive, innovative workplace cultures across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. With a BA in Psychology and Critical Literature and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management, she brings a strategic mindset centred on human connection and organizational behaviour.
Alex takes a collaborative and dynamic approach when transforming business goals into impactful HR solutions. She has earned a reputation as a trusted partner of employees and leaders alike, especially in high-growth, hybrid, and remote-first environments. She has built full-spectrum People Operations initiatives across a range of sectors, driving performance, engagement, and operational excellence through values-led, people-first strategies. Alex prides herself on delivering effective, aligned outcomes that contribute meaningfully to the growth of a business and its people.

Yanny Yeung

Yanny Yeung is an experienced human resources professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting organizations across post-secondary education, chemical distribution, engineering consulting, digital marketing, non-profit, and professional services environments. She brings a practical, people-first approach to HR and partners closely with leaders on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness.
Yanny has supported both unionized and non-unionized workplaces, helping organizations navigate complex people matters while building strong and engaged teams. Her experience spans both strategic and hands-on HR support, with a focus on practical people solutions that align with business goals.
Yanny holds an MBA in Human Resources Leadership and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from UBC Sauder School of Business. She also holds several respected professional designations, including SHRM-SCP, CPHR, PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner), and CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist).
